Our Abortion Education covers more, but here are some basics on induced abortion.

An induced abortion is a procedure that results in the voluntary termination of a pregnancy, either medically or surgically. There are risks associated with any medical procedure.  In Kansas abortion procedures require an ultrasound. Although JCPC does not provide nor refer for abortions, we do provide free, limited obstetric ultrasounds.
